America's Leaders of Change (ALOC) is a new, continuing leadership development program and network, created for leaders on the rise in government, non-profit and private sectors.
Founded in 2009, the goal of the program is to accelerate the leadership potential of National Urban Fellows' alumni, mentors and partner participants who are currently successful leaders, and who possess the talent to effect positive change in our nation.
America's Leaders of Change is a one-year intensive program for 50 – 60 offering a unique cross-sector leadership development experience based upon inputs from the program participants, including the challenges faced in achieving your personal and professional goals.
Upon completion of the program, participants will have the additional skills and resources necessary to bridge the gap between generations, and the enhanced knowledge to identify issues, shape solutions and develop policies.
