The goal of the Alumni program is to sustain the mission of National Urban Fellows, and to help further the leadership potential of all Alumni. The National Urban Fellows pledge is to support the life-long development of its Alumni.
The Alumni Program consists of three key components:
- Networking — Alumni events and on-line social networking — be networked, stay connected!
- Leadership Development and Career Management — Enhance leadership skills by helping with the recruiting, candidate screening, mentoring and fundraising efforts of National Urban Fellows — take charge of your future, be the leadership for a changing America.
- Engagement — Enhance leadership skills by helping with the recruiting, candidate screening, mentoring and fundraising efforts of National Urban Fellows — give back by contributing to the well-being and growth of National Urban Fellows.
