Alumni are the promise of the National Urban Fellows mission. Each year more than 40 accomplished individuals graduate from the MPA Fellowship program, who will contribute to large-scale social change efforts through key positions in government, non-profit and philanthropic organizations. National Urban Fellows is committed to nurturing this diverse network of leaders beyond the 14 month Fellowship program to further support their success.

Since 1970, National Urban Fellows has graduated over 1,200 leaders who hold managerial and policy making positions as mayors, city and county managers, commissioners and officers of major nonprofit and philanthropic organizations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
