NUF Mentors

Through ongoing partnerships with our Mentorship sites, we are able to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders in the government, non-profit, philanthropic and corporate sectors who help our Fellows learn, grow, and directly contribute to the success of their host  organizations.

For fifty years, NUF has provided the nation with a pipeline of talented leaders of color and women, committed to public service and social change. Through mentorships, our 1,700+ alumni have gone on to shape our nation’s history by changing the leadership landscape in the public, social and private sectors.
